摘要
长芦盐区古为幽燕之地,西周初期海盐生产已有相当规模,至今已有3000年的历史。长芦盐区在不同的历史时期,其生产方式不同。从早期的"煮海为盐"到滩晒、民国的晒盐制直至解放后的集中式盐田生产,彻底解放了劳动生产力,取得了高产、稳产、高效率。
Changlu salt area, known as Youyan in ancient times, produced sea salt on a relative large scale since the Western Zhou Dynasty. It has a production history of 3000 years. In different stages of the history, the modes of production were different, developed from the early "boiling sea water into salt", via "salt evaporation mudflat" and "evaporation pond" in the Republic of China to "centralized salt fields" after the founding of the People's Republic of China. The productive forces were finally emancipated and produced stable yields in a high efficiency.
