Nurses to Acute T Lymphocyte Leukemia Under Treatment of Chemotherapeutics Intrathecal Injection

目的:探讨经鞘内注射化疗药物治疗急性T淋巴细胞白血病的护理。方法:对进行鞘内注射化疗药物的患者实施有效的术前、术中及术后护理。结果:认为术前做好心理护理及术前准备,术中做好体位护理,密切观察病情,术后注意穿刺点处皮肤护理及疼痛护理是鞘内注射治疗成功的保证。结论:对鞘内注射化疗药物患者的良好护理有助于提高急性T淋巴细胞白血病患者的治疗效果。

Objective： To explore the nurses to acute T lymphocyte leukemia under treatment of chemotherapeutics intrathecal injection. Methods： Take nurses to the patient under treatment of chemotherapeutics intrathecal injection before, in the middle and after the operation. Results： Before the operation, to take good psychological nurses and operation preparation; during the operation, to take good body position nurses and observe the patient＇s conditon closly; after the operation, pay atiention to skin nurses and pain nurses of puncture point are the guarantee to success of the treatment. Conclusion ： The good nurses can assist the therapeutic effect of acute T lymphocyte leukemia patient.
