建筑设计中的数字形态发生

Digital Morphogenesis in Architecture Design

本文通过对建筑中形式及形态的新理解,对当前的数字设计实践进行了梳理并引出了数字形态发生的概念。新的建筑设计策略更加注重成形过程以及对性能、结构和材料的整体考虑。文章同时通过不同的形态发生实验及实践——拓扑发生、参数及算法发生、性能发生、物理发生以及结构与材料的发生等进行先锋建筑探索的阐述,最后结合笔者参与的清华大学的国际联合设计Studio中的两个设计案例,对建筑设计过程中形态发生策略在特定方向的应用进行了讲述。

This article introduces the concept of digital morphogenesis based on the new comprehension of form and morphology. New strategies pay more attention to the formation process and an integrated consideration of performance, structure and material. This article also elaborates the pioneer architectural explorations according to different experiments in digital morphogenesis, including topology, parameters, algorithm, performance, physics, structures, materials, and etc. Finally, this paper presents how the digital morphogenesis works in the design process based on the international joint studio work designed by the author.
