城市规划视角下的城市文化建设研究述评及展望

City Culture Development Research Review Under Urban Planning

城市规划通过对影响城市发展的各种因素及其自身发展规律的全方位审视,力求科学地指导城市的建设和发展,理所当然地离不开对城市文化的研究。研究通过对基于城市规划视角的城市文化相关研究的综述,得出一些共性的结论。首先,城市规划领域的学者认为城市文化的内涵是在促进城市发展的过程中体现的,城市文化的本体在空间上有所表达,如城市的历史文化遗址、特色风貌街区等;其次,在对城市文化与城市规划的关系研究上,学者多从历史和现代等不同时空角度归纳了两者相互促进的共生关系;再次,部分学者还审时度势地对当前城市规划中出现的文化迷失现象进行了解读;最后,诸多一线的规划师们在理念、制度和实践层面对城市规划中的文化策略进行了探索和总结。

Urban planning needs to study city culture to guide city development. The paper reviews urban planning related city culture researches, and comes up with some primary conclusions： first, city culture is exhibited in the process of urban development. City culture carriers such as historical sites, historical district are components of city spaces; second, city culture and urban planning are interactive from a space-time viewpoint; third, cultural loss phenomenon in current urban planning is analyzed by some scholars; last, a number of planners have carried out studies on cultural strategies in urban planning from conception, institution, and practice.
