卫生Ⅷ项目县乡镇卫生院卫生服务设施状况分析报告

An analytic report on medical facilities conditions of township hospitals in Health Ⅷ Project towns

本文据对项目县854所乡镇卫生院基线调查的资料 ,分析乡镇卫生院的业务用房、专业设备装备和配套建设情况。认为目前项目县乡镇卫生院设施条件依然较差。建议项目县乡镇卫生院改造应坚持按《标准》建设 ,坚持房屋、设备和人员三配套的原则。建议寻找新的筹资渠道 ,增加对某些改造任务较大的卫生院的投入 ,解决其配套建设的问题。

On the base of ground investigation data of 854 township hospitals in Project towns, this paper analyzed the business buildings, professional equipment and installations and auxiliary construction conditions. It is believed that the medical facilities of township hospitals in Project towns are still in poor conditions. It is suggested that township hospitals in Project towns should be transformed according to the standard, that is, a complete set of building, equipment and personnel. It is also suggested that we should look for new funds resources, give more support to some hospitals with heavier transform tasks by solving their problems during auxiliary construction.
