摘要
中国的能源分布和电网结构决定了高压直流输电具有广阔的应用前景。直流输电线路长、故障率高,其继电保护技术性能关系到直流输电系统的安全性和故障恢复速度。目前,运行中的直流输电线路保护方案及装置部分是由ABB或SIEMENS公司提供。工程应用中的直流线路保护存在理论不完备、可靠性差等缺点,线路故障由直流控制系统响应动作,造成直流闭锁而被迫停运的事故时有发生。文中在综述国内外直流线路保护技术与研究现状的基础上,分类对直流输电线路保护原理的优缺点进行了评述。最后,针对现有保护原理上的不足,提出了直流输电线路保护研究的几点建议与设想,并探讨了进一步的研究方向。
High voltage direct current (HVDC) has broad application prospects resulting from energy distribution and network structure in China. The HVDC transmission line is long, and the failure rate is high. Thus the relay performance is of vital* importance to the HVDC transmission system security and fault recovery. At present, the operation of the HVDC transmission line protection system and devices are generally provided by ABB or SIEMENS. In engineering application, the HVDC line protection theory is not complete, and the reliability inadequate. As line fault is responded by the DC control system, DC blocking and unnecessary downtime occur more often than not. Based on the state of the art of the protection principle of the classified study, the advantages and disadvantages of principles of protection are reviewed. Finally, several important problems for further study are suggested.
