非痴呆型血管性认知障碍与甲状腺功能的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨非痴呆型血管性认知障碍与甲状腺激素的关系。方法:对64例VCIND患者、66例具有脑血管病危险因素(高血压、糖尿病、冠心病、高血脂等)或明显(脑梗死和脑出血等)的非认知功能障碍患者及61例同龄健康者观察,用电化学发光法测定总三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、总甲状腺素(T4)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)、促甲状腺素(sTSH)水平。结果:VCIND组T4、FT4水平明显低于CVD组及对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CVD组T4、FT4水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);三组间FT3、T3、sTSH无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:血清T4、FT4可能是非痴呆型血管认知障碍的影响因素。
