Demand-driven Network Engineering Training Model for Universities in Western

针对目前西部地方高校网络工程专业人才培养中存在的特色不明显、创新能力不强和实践能力不足等突出问题,本文以适应社会需求为目标,从网络工程人才培养知识体系、创新能力、工程实践能力三个方面对需求驱动的西部地方高校网络工程专业人才培养模式进行了探讨,提出一套经济、可行的方案。为西部地方高校网络工程人才培养提供的新的思路。

There are some outstanding problems in network engineering professional personnel training in western universities,such as features not obvious,innovation ability weak,and practical ability insufficient.The aim of this paper is to adapt to the de mands of society.This paper discusses demand-driven network engineering professional training mode from talent cultivation of knowledge,innovation capability and engineering practice.And it put forward a set of economic and feasible solutions,and pro vides new ideas for network engineering talents training in western universities.
