摘要
提出了挤镦复合工艺原理 ,分析了成形时材料流动规律 ,提出了该工艺的适用零件范围 。
The principle of metal extrusion upsetting technology is put forward. The laws of metal flow during the forming process with the technology are established, so the scope of parts successfully made with the technology is determined. The rational scope of the technology parameter is obtained by means of a number of experimental results.
