摘要
通过基质、设施条件、外源激素种类和质量浓度、处理时间等不同试验,分析研究紫斑牡丹扦插存活、生根的外部因素和内部因素,以及扦插基质、外源激素等不同条件对扦插生根的影响。同时,从解剖学出发,分析生根抑制物质对紫斑牡丹扦插生根的影响。结果表明,9—11月份是紫斑牡丹扦插的最佳时期;扦插温度与湿度条件是生根和存活重要影响因素之一,但对生根效应不显著;外源激素的种类对生根影响不显著,800~1 000 mg·L-1的IBA处理插条能够获得相对较高的存活率;扦插时出现的褐变问题,是影响扦插生根的又一重要因素;扦插后插条的维管形成层细胞发生分裂,细胞质变浓,细胞排列变得紧密,有些细胞群由内向外生长穿过形成层、皮层直到突出表皮。通过探讨、分析插条存活与生根的因素,为紫斑牡丹茎扦插繁殖提供理论依据。
An experiment was conducted to study the external and internal factors influencing the survival rate and rooting of cuttings of Paeonia suffruticosa vat. papaveracea in Gansu under different culture media, facilities, as well as types and concentrations of exogenous hormones. The influence of rooting inhibitors on the stem cuttings of P. suffruticosa var. papaveracea was analyzed from the anatomical basis. Results show that September to November is the best time for the stem cuttings. Temperature and moisture conditions are important factors affecting the survival rate and rooting of the cuttings, but the effect is not significant. The effect of exogenous hormones on rooting of the cuttings is insignificant, and IBA at a con- centration of 800 mg·L-1 exhibits a higher survival rate of the cuttings. Browning is another important factor inffluencing the rooting of the cuttings. After cutting, the vascular cambium cells of the cuttings split, the cytoplasm become strong, arrangement of cells become close, and these cells grow through the formation of cortical layer to prominent epidermal.
