摘要 以17个萱草品种为试材,研究了基因型和激素对萱草花茎再生植株的影响。结果表明:不同激素种类及质量浓度对‘金娃娃’初代培养、继代培养和生根培养影响差异显著,最适初代培养基为MS+6-BA1.0 mg·L-1+NAA0.10 mg·L-1,花茎分枝处以上部分作为外植体愈伤组织诱导率和不定芽分化率分别为84.4%和92.1%;最适继代培养基为MS+6-BA2.0 mg·L-1+IBA1.0 mg·L-1;最适生根培养基为1/2MS+IBA 3.0 mg·L-1。17种基因型萱草间愈伤组织诱导、不定芽分化和增殖能力存在显著差异。 Seventeen Hemerocallis (daylily) varieties were used to study the effeets of genotype and plant hormone on plant re- generation from pedicel explants. Results showed that different hormone types and concentrations had significant effects on primary culture, subculture and rooting culture of ' SteUa De Oro'. The optimal medium for primary culture was MS con- taining 1.0 mg~ L-1 6-BA and 0.1 mg~ L-l NAA. The rates of callus induetion and shoot differentiation of the above part of pedicel-scape junction were 84.4% and 92.1%, respectively. The optimal medium for subculture eulture was MS sup- plemented with 2.0 mg~ L-1 6-BA and 1.0 mg·L-1 IBA. The optimal medium for rooting eulture was 1/2MS with 3.0 mg·L-1 IBA. Seventeen Hemerocallis genotypes exhibited signifieant differences in callus induction, shoot differentiation and proliferation.
