太白山雅美鹿蹄草群落植物种间关联性

Interspecific Association Among Species of Pyrola decorata Community in Taibai Mountain

在对太白山22个雅美鹿蹄草群落110个样方调查的基础上,通过方差比率法、基于2×2列联表的χ2统计量以及种间关联指数(Jaccard指数、Dice指数和Ochiai指数)的测定,对该群落植物种间关系进行研究。结果显示:雅美鹿蹄草所在群落中24个物种在总体上呈不显著正关联(R=1.326>1);正负关联种对数之比为0.90;5个种对为显著正关联,2个种对为极显著正关联,其他关联程度均低于显著水平。雅美鹿蹄草群落Jaccard指数(J),J<0.25的种对占84.43%,0.25≤J<0.50的种对占12.31%,J≥0.5的种对占3.26%;Dice指数与Ochiai指数也有同样的趋势,说明各物种关联程度较低,趋于独立。

A survey of 110 quadrats was conducted in 22 Pyrola decorata communities in Taibai Mountain to study the interspecific association by means of variance ratio, X2-test based on a 2x2 contingency table and the test of association indices （Jaccard, Dice and Ochiai）. Results indicated that the overall association of 24 species in the community was slightly po- sitive, and the proportion of positive and negative association was 0.9. Only 5 species-pairs revealed significant positive association, 2 species-palrs exhibited highly significant positive association, and the rest were all under the significant le- vel. There were 84.42% of species-pairs with Jaocard index under 0.25, 12.31% of species-pairs with Jaccard index ran- ging from 0.25 to 0.50, and 3.26% of species-pairs with Jaccard index over 0.50. Dice index and Ochiai index exhibited the same trend. These reflect that the interspecific association of the species is low, and they tend to be independent.
