摘要
应用超声波焊接技术对木塑复合板材进行了直角焊接试验。木塑复合板材成分为60%的木粉(WF)、36%的聚丙烯(PP)和4%的马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(MAPP)。根据试验数据对不同焊接时间下的直角焊接强度进行了对比,并用扫描电镜观察了焊缝,分析了其连接状况。结果表明:木塑复合板材可以应用超声波焊接技术进行直角连接,并且具有足够强度;在不同的发振时间下,焊件的强度有所不同;当采用合适的发振时间时,焊件的连接性能达到最佳。
Uhrasonic welding technology was applied to right angle welding of wood-plastic composites. The wood-plastic composites were made up of 60% wood-flour ( WF ) , 36% polypropylene ( PP ) and 4% maleic anhydride grafted PP (MAPP). Different tensile strengths were tested under different welding time according to the experimental data. Welded joint was observed by scanning electronic microscopy and the connection status was analyzed. Results demonstrate that ultrasonic welding technology can be applied to the right angle welding of wood-plastic composites, exhibiting enough tensile strength. Different tensile strengths were obtained under different vibration time of ultrasonic welding. When the time was proper, the optimal joint performance of welding could be achieved.
