光肩星天牛对寄主植物萜烯类化合物触角活性和电位反应 被引量:15

Antennal Activity and EAG Responses of Asian Longhorn Beetle Anoplophora glabripennis(Coleoptera: Cerambycidae) to Plant Terpenes

摘要 为给引诱剂和驱避剂开发提供基础资料,对光肩星天牛(Anoplophora glabripennis(Motsch.))离体触角各节嗅觉反应差异,离体触角活性随时间变化的规律,以及雌、雄两性对2 mol/L的顺-3-烯-1-醇、月桂烯、水芹烯、3-蒈烯、S型α-蒎烯、莰烯、R型α-蒎烯、S型β-蒎烯、柠檬烯、罗勒烯、正己烷和乙酸乙酯12种植物挥发物进行了EAG反应测定。结果表明:光肩星天牛触角各节的嗅觉感受存在差异,最敏感节是端部第2节。雌、雄两性离体触角活性随时间变化规律不同,雌性呈缓慢减弱趋势,雄性0.8 h内活性陡降,而后呈缓慢减弱趋势;雌、雄虫触角分别在离体10.0、2.8 h基本失去活性。2 mol·L-1挥发物EAG测试结果表明:与对照相比,雌性对12种挥发物EAG反应明显(P<0.01),雄性除对S型α-蒎烯无明显EAG反应外(P>0.05),对其余11种挥发物反应明显(P<0.01)。T检验表明:雌、雄虫除对S-β-蒎烯差异不显著外,对其余11种挥发物的EAG反应存在显著差异(P<0.05)。 Experiments were conducted on olfactory responses of each segment of antennae and antennal activity variation with time for female and male beetles, as well as the eleetroantennogram (EAG) responses of female and male beetles of Ano- plophora glabripennis to eis-3-bexen-1 -ol,/3-myreene, R (-) -a-phellandrene, ( + ) -3-earene, ( 1S ) - (-) -a-pinene, eam- phene, (1R) -(+) -a-pinene, (1S) -(-) -/3-pinene, R-(+) -limonene, oeimene, hexane or ethyl acetate at a eoneentration of 2 mol·L-1. Results show that the olfactory responses of each segment of antennae are different, and the most sensitive section is the end of section Ⅱ. Antennal activity variations with time for female and male are also different, and the fe- males show a slow weakening trend, while the activities of males decrease drastically within 0.8 hours, then exhibit a slow- ly decreasing trend. Antenna activity of the female is basically lost in vitro for I0 hours and 2.8 hours for the male. Com- pared with the control, the EAG responses for the females to 12 volatiles are more significant ( P〈0.01 ), and the EAG re- sponses of the males to 11 volatiles are signifieantly (P〈0.01) except (1S)-(-)-α-pinene (P〉0.05). There are slgnifi- cant differences in EAG response between female and male beetles to 11 volatiles (P〈0.05) apart from (1S)-(-)-β- pi-nene (P〉0.05).
