Development of X60 pipeline steel hot strip used in acid environment

摘要 采用低碳低锰微合金化设计,并结合纯净钢冶炼技术、动态轻压下连铸技术和热机械轧制工艺,在2150ASP生产线成功研制酸性环境用X60管线钢热轧卷板。产品组织均匀、晶粒细小,具有高强度高韧性及优异的抗HIC性能及抗SSCC性能。 X60 pipeline steel hot rolled plate used in acid environment was successfully developed in 2150ASP production line.Microalloying design with Nb,Ti,and low C,Mn was used.The advanced technologies were adopted,such as clean steel melting,soft-reduction in continuous casting,and thermo-mechanical controlled process(TMCP) technology.Homogeneous microstructure and fine grains were obtained,which ensured high strength,high toughness,excellent hydrogen induced cracking(HIC) resistance and sulfide stress corrosion cracking(SSCC) resistance.
