Effect of cooling process on microstructure and mechanical properties of low Si-Cr hot rolled dual-phase steel

摘要 以一种低Si含Cr热轧双相钢为研究对象,通过热轧试验,对比研究了两种轧后冷却工艺对获得的双相钢板的组织和性能的影响。结果表明,在轧后采用易于控制的连续层流冷却工艺时,钢板的抗拉强度可达600 MPa以上,屈强比约为0.56,伸长率高于26%,相变硬化指数n值大于0.22;而当轧后采用三段式冷却工艺时,与前者相比,得到的钢板的强度略低,抗拉强度大于550 MPa,但其它性能较优。 Effect of two different cooling processes on microstructure and mechanical properties of low Si-Cr hot rolled dual phase steel was investigated by hot rolled test.The results show that when using continuous laminar flow cooling after finishing rolling,the tensile strength of the tested steel is more than 600 MPa,the yield ratio is about 0.56,and the n value is above 0.22;when using triple-stage cooling process after finishing rolling,the strengthen of the tested steel decreases slightly,the tensile strength is above 550 MPa,but the other properties is better than the former.
