摘要
利用PT9800软件进行了两段式渗碳工艺强扩比的模拟计算,据此优化了重载机车齿轮渗碳工艺并节省了20%的工艺时间。相应的验证试验也获得了满意的渗层金相组织、硬度梯度和预期的渗碳层深度,证明了PT9800计算的准确性,从而为渗碳工艺强扩比的合理选择和优化提供了依据。
The carburizing-diffusion ratio of two-stage carburizing technology was simulated by using PT9800 software.According to this simulation calculation,the carburizing process for heavy-duty locomotive gear was optimized and the process time was saved 20%.The expected microstructure,hardness distribution and case depth of the carburized layer were obtained by the relevant experiments,it is approved the reasonability and accuracy of PT9800 software,and provides evidence for choice and optimization of the carburizing-diffusion ratio.
