低温材料RW60E钢的线膨胀系数测定及其数学模型 被引量:2

摘要 研究了RW60E钢的成分、组织和低温力学性能,对其不同温度下的线膨胀系数进行了测试,建立了线膨胀系数与温度关系的数学模型,并与常规材料进行了比较,最后将-45℃下RW60E钢的线膨胀系数值应用于钻机车大梁的应力分析。通过对RW60E钢的力学性能分析证明其具有良好的低温力学性能,能够满足低温钻机的性能要求;对材料线膨胀系数的分析,表明RW60E钢具有较低的线膨胀系数和高的低温稳定性,证明此材料能够比传统的Q345E钢更好地服役于低温环境。 Chemical composition,microstructure and low temperature mechanical properties of RW60E steel were investigated.The linear expansion coefficient at different temperatures were tested to establish the mathematical model between the coefficient and temperature,and compared with the conventional materials.The stress field of rig car beam was analyzed based on the linear expansion coefficient of RW60E steel at-45 ℃.The mechanical property test results show that the RW60E steel has preferable low temperature mechanical properties which can meet the performance requirements of the rig used at low temperature.The linear expansion coefficient analysis results show that the RW60E steel has lower linear expansion coefficient and high stability at low temperature and is more suitable to be used in the low temperature environment than the traditional Q345E steel.
