摘要 对现有硅光伏电池数学模型进行简化以获得一种工程用数学模型。在Matlab/Simulink中建立仿真模型,根据数据手册提供的参数模拟硅光伏电池的输出特性以验证工程数学模型的有效性。仿真和分析结果表明,利用该工程数学模型模拟硅光伏电池输出特性能满足特定精度要求的工程应用场合。 In order to obtain a mathematical model used in engineering,the existing mathematical model of silicon photovoltaic cells(PV) was simplified,and a simulation model in Matlab/Simulink was created.According to parameters provided by data sheets,the simulated output characteristics of silicon PV were gained to verify the validity of engineering mathematical model.The results of simulation and analysis demonstrate that the simulating the output characteristics of silicon PV with this engineering mathematical model can meet the special accuracy requirements of engineering application.
