光伏并网功率控制器双模块控制方案

摘要 以中小容量单相光伏发电系统为背景,从有功功率调度角度对光伏并网功率控制器的控制方法问题进行探讨,旨在解决传统方法在有功功率控制方面存在的灵活性差、误差较大的问题,提出了一种具有灵活的有功功率调度和跟踪特性的新型双模块控制方案。首先描述了并网功率控制器的工作模式,在此基础上分别对控制方案中两个控制模块进行数学建模和动态、稳态性能分析。利用MATLAB/Simulink软件构建了并网逆变系统模型以及分别基于传统控制方案和新型控制方案的并网功率控制器模型,仿真结果表明,提出的控制方案在有功功率调度和跟踪方面具有显著优势,输出并网电流总谐波畸变率低,功率可调度范围宽,快速跟踪功率指令能力强,具有广阔的工程应用前景,可以灵活地对光伏并网发电系统进行功率控制。 Regarding the small and medium-sized capacity single-phase photovoltaic(PV) system as the background,the control methods for grid-connected power controller related to power dispatching were discussed in this article.A novel double modules control strategy with flexible active power dispatchable characteristic was proposed,aiming for solving the problems of traditional control methods,such as inflexibility and error defect.First,the operating mode of grid-connected power controller was described.On this basis,the mathematical model was built and dynamic and static performance of each module in new strategy was analyzed.Grid-connected inverter model and power controller models based on both traditional and novel strategy were built with MATLAB/Simulink software.The control effect contrastive figures show the proposed control strategy has significant advantages in active power dispatching and tracking in three aspects:total harmonic distortion rate of output current is minor,active power dispatching range is wider and the tracking of power instruction is fast.As a result,this method has a broad engineering application prospect.It can realize the flexible power control of PV power system.
