摘要
在教学中学习教学,是教师发展自己专业知识和能力的有效途径之一。本研究旨在探索教师在"日常课堂教学"这一具体实践情境中的专业学习。研究者选取两名中国高校英语教师作为研究对象,对她们的课堂教学进行了为期四个月的跟踪研究,探讨她们在具体的教学实践中如何学习并学到了什么。数据分析表明,两位教师在教学知识上发生了显著变化,其中一般教学知识和学生知识变化最大。研究发现:1)两位教师的学习分别发生于课前备课、课堂授课以及课后反思这三个相互促动且相互影响的教学环节中;2)在学生、课程以及教育政策等环境因素中,学生是影响教师专业学习的最重要因素。
This paper reports a four-month longitudinal study exploring what and how EFL teachers learn professionally in the specific context of daily classroom teaching.Data analysis indicates that significant changes took place in the participant teachers'general pedagogical knowledge and knowledge about students.It also indicates that teachers actually learn at every stage involved in daily teaching,pre-class preparation,in-class delivery and after-class reflection.Another important finding of the present study is that among such contextual factors as students,curriculum and educational policies etc.,students affect both what teachers learn and how they learn.
