2001—2010年辽宁省卫生总费用筹资来源综合分析

The Integrated Analysis on Funding Sources of Total on Expenditure Health in Liaoning Province by Years of 2001 to 2010

目的:就本省2001-2010年间卫生总费用筹资来源状况予以评价。方法:构建卫生总费用量化指标对比图表并给以分析。结果:我省卫生总费用筹资来源年均增长率以政府支出最高,年占比则以个人支出额最大。结论:我省卫生总费用配置不当,个人支付比例过大;整体筹资水平低于全国。

Objective： Making the assessment on funding sources of Total Expenditure Health （TEH） for a province from 2001- 2010. Methods： Comparing the quantities in tables and graphics made up of THE indexes. Results： The government health expenditure was the highest in annual average growth rate while individual health expenditure was the largest in possessing rate in THE. Conclusion： Due to the improperly allocation of TEH, individual ratio of payment is too high; the provincial level of THE development was lower than that in country.
