我国烟草所致疾病负担研究

The Research on Burden of Diseases Caused by Tobacco in China

目的：分析我国烟草所致疾病负担，为控烟措施的制定和实施提供科学依据。方法：以发病人数较多且与烟草关系较为密切的6种疾病为研究对象，以伤残调整寿命年DALY为单位。计算烟草所致的疾病负担。结果：我国归因于烟草的死亡人数为154．55万人．占总死亡人数的18．11％。归因于烟草的DALY总和为1845．76万人年，占总DALY的10．83％，其中男性占61．77％。烟草所致DALY损失疾病顺位前3位依次为慢性下呼吸道疾病、脑血管病和肺癌。其DALY强度（DALY／千人）分别为5．74、4．69、2．51。烟草疾病负担主要集中在45～79岁年龄段。结论：烟草导致我国居民较大疾病负担，应积极采取有效措施控制烟草使用，尤其是15～44岁男性人群。

Objective： To analyze the burden of diseases （BOD） caused by tobacco in china in order to offer scientific basis for formulating and implementing of policy on tobacco control. Methods： Six diseases wilich had closer relationship with tobacco and higher incidence were selected. The Disability Adjusted of Life Years （ DALY ） was the indieator to measure, diseases burden. Results： 1.545 5 million died from tobacco, aceounting for 18.11% of the total number of deaths. The DALYs lost caused by tobacco was 18.457 6 million, accounting for 10.83% of the total DALYs, and of which males accounted tot 61.77%. According to the DALYs, the top three diseases were COPD, cerebrovascular disease and lung cancer, whose DALYs lost （DALYs/1 000 persons） were 5.74, 4.69 and 2.51 respectively. Burden of disease caused by tobacco was mainly concentrated in the 45-79 years old. Conclusions： Tobacco has caused huge disease burdens. Effective measures should be taken to control tobacco use, especially in the 15-44 years-old male people.
