中医优势病种的卫生经济学评价

Advantages of TCM Diseases in Health Economics Evaluation

目的:分析中医优势病种的卫生经济学特点,为进一步深入的卫生经济学评价研究奠定基础。方法:以病人住院期间是否发生中药饮片费用为依据,分为使用中药饮片组和不使用中药饮片组,比较两组间病人的一般特征和费用情况。结果:使用中药饮片的病人在住院总费用、药费、平均住院日等方面高于对照组,在病人年龄、转科病人比例、诊断个数等方面也高于不使用中药饮片组(p<0.01)。结论:中医药治疗的病人在病情的疑难复杂程度较高的情况下,中医药治疗在成本效益方面未见优势,有必要更深入地进行校正病情差异的成本效益分析、成本效用和成本效果分析,以揭示中医优势病种的卫生经济评价优势。

Objective： analysis the advantages of TCM diseases in health economics characteristics, tor turther assessment ot health economics research foundation. Methods： the patients during hospitalization occurred whether Chinese herbal medicine cost as the basis, divided into traditional Chinese medicine group and without the use of Chinese herbal medicine were compared between the two groups of patients, the general characteristics and cost. Results： the use of Chinese medicine pieces of the patient in the total cost of hospitalization, medication, average hospitalization days, higher than that of the control group, the patients age, to a proportion of patients, number of diagnosis are also higher than that of control group （P〈0.01） . Conclusion： the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of patients in the disease and complicated degree is high, treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in terms of cost- effectiveness has advantages, it is necessmy to further correction condition difference, eost effectiveness and cost benefit analysis cost effectiveness analysis, in order to reveal the advantages of TCM diseases in health economic evaluation of advantage.
