1400例门诊患者末梢血与静脉血血常规和高敏C-反应蛋白检测方法及检测仪器的评价

Evaluation of the Detection Method and Detector of Peripheral Blood and Venous Blood WBC and hs- CRP

目的：对末梢血和静脉血血常规和高敏C-反应蛋白（hs—CRP）检测方法与检测仪器进行评价。方法：选择本院1400门诊患者，血常规使用BC500全自动血细胞分析仪进行检测。Hs—CRP使用P800全自动生化分析仪和飞测免疫荧光检测仪器两种仪器进行检测。结果：末梢血与静脉血血常规和hs—CRP结果显示，两组数据为P〉0．05为差异无统计学意义。结论：BC500全自动血细胞分析仪和飞测免疫荧光检测仪器检测末梢血样本血常规和hs—CRP有很高的准确度和临床实用价值。具有操作简单，标本用量少，最适用于患者采血，减轻患者痛苦。

OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the detection method and detector of peripheral blood and venous blood WBC and hs - CP. METHODS ： 1400 out - patients were choosed and the blood routine examination was detected by BC500 full - automatic hemocyte anl- ysis meter. RESULT： The results of peripheral blood and venous blood WBC and hs - CRP indicated that the two groups of numerical value were P 〉0. 05. There was no statistical significance. CONCLUSIONS： Using BC500 full -automatic hemocyte analysis meter and fly measuring immunofluorescence test instrument to detect peripheral blood＇ s blood sample routine examination and hs - CRP has high degree of accurancy and clinical practical value. It has the characteristics of simplicity of operation and less dosage of sample. It is suitable for doing blood collection and relieving the suffering of the patients.
