摘要
采用半固态压铸技术,在固相率为50%左右,压铸(射)速度为3 m/s时,压铸AM60B镁合金试样的抗拉强度达到176 N/mm2。除合金的化学成分外,微观组织和合金相的取向都受工艺条件的显著影响,适宜的工艺参数将得到好的微观组织和合金相取向,从而提高合金的力学性能。在冷室压铸条件下,研究了压铸工艺参数对AM60B镁合金组织和力学性能的影响。
The tensile strength of AM60B magnesium alloy die casting part can reach to 176 N/mm2 while the magnesium allo3/part being produced with semi-solid die casting tech- nology, that means the solid fraction is about 50% and the die casting speed is 3 m/s. In ad- dition to chemical composition, mierostructure and alloy phase orientation are affected by the technological parameters significantly. The suitable process parameters can lead the micro- structure and alloy phase orientation better, therefore the mechanical properties of the alloy can be increased. The effect of casting process parameters on microstructure and mechanical properties of AM60B alloy has been studied systematically using cold chamber die casting process.
