摘要
对液体磁性磨具对工件表面光整加工的机制进行了理论分析。在此基础上,以Preston方程为基础建立了对工件材料去除模型,并结合赫兹应力公式得到随加工时间及加工磁场的增大对材料去除量也相应增大。构建试验平台,采用改进工艺,对影响其加工效果的主要参数进行了试验研究。结果表明,采用该方法选择合理加工参数对工件内表面光整加工及去毛刺取得了较好的效果。
The basic polishing mechanism of liquid-magnetic grinding tool has been ana- lyzed here in this paper. Basis on this analysis, the abrasion wear model of the material has been established by using of the Preston equation; combining with Hertz stress formula, a conclusion can be drawn that as processing time going on and the processing magnetic field increasing, the material abrasion wear being increased correspondingly. The experimental platform has been constructed with the improved process, the main parameters which influ- ence on grinding result have been studied. The experiments show that the inner surface polis- hing and burr removing get better results using this method and reasonable processing param- eters.
