治咳川贝枇杷滴丸UPLC-Q-TOF-MS^E指纹图谱研究 被引量:11

UPLC-Q-TOF-MS^E fingerprint investigations of Zhikechuanbeipipa dropping pills

摘要 目的:全面、快速阐明复方中药治咳川贝枇杷滴丸的化学组成。方法:采用UPLC-Q-TOF-MSE对治咳川贝枇杷滴丸的化学成分进行快速表征、鉴定,并尝试使用其特征指纹图谱进行质量控制。结果:对治咳川贝枇杷滴丸进行超声波辅助结合低温冻提,采用UPLC-Q-TOF-MSE对其醇提物中多种化合物进行分析,从中鉴定了35个化合物。在此基础上,以紫外谱图的24个共有峰建立了治咳川贝枇杷滴丸的指纹图谱,并对不同批次滴丸进行了相似度分析,表明不同批次治咳川贝枇杷滴丸的质量差异较小。结论:本方法对治咳川贝枇杷滴丸化学成分的快速鉴定及质量控制奠定了基础。 Objective: To develop a comprehensive and rapid method for elucidation of the chemical composition and determination of the characteristic chromatographic profiles of a traditional prescription Zhikechuanbeipipa dropping pills, and hence to control its quality. Methods: An UPLC -Q -TOF- MSE method was developed. Thirty- five components were detected from the prescription after ultrasonic extraction at -20 ~C. Results: A Zhikechuanbeipipa dropping pills fingerprint was built based on 24 common peaks in the PDA chromatographic pro- file. The 24 common peaks were selected according to the similarity of ten batches Zhikeehuanbeipipa dropping pills. Conclusion: The characteristic chromatographic profile of Zhikechuanbeipipa dropping pills with high speci- ficity can be used for the quality control of the prescription.
