摘要
MicroRNAs(miRNAs)是一类由19~25个核苷酸组成的短小、非编码蛋白质的RNAs,广泛存在于真核生物中,主要通过与靶基因mRNA3'UTR上的互补区域结合,在转录后水平对其降解或翻译抑制调节基因的表达。miRNA异常的表达均会影响正常细胞的功能,导致功能失调,在白血病等肿瘤的发生发展等过程中扮演重要角色。miRNA在疾病进程中所起的作用已经成为当前研究的热点,能够调控癌症发生、发展、凋亡等多种进程,越来越多的研究证明miRAN在肿瘤中可能起类似癌基因和抑癌基因的作用,甚至在抗癌药物的耐药机制方面也起重要作用。
MicroRNAs(miRNAs) are class of 19-25 nucleotide short non-coding RNAs that extensively exist in eukaryote,which can interact with the 3′UTR of the target mRNAs to result in degradation of target mRNA or translation repression.Misexpression of miRNA has been linked to disruption of normal cellular functions,which results in various disorders including cancers such as leukemia.The function of miRNA in the procession of the disease have been a hot topic,which are highly related to cancer progression,including initiating,growth and apoptosis.miRNAs play critical roles in tumorigenesis,which functions either as tumor suppressors or as oncogenes.Furthermore,miRNAs are shown to be responsible for anti-cancer drug resistance.
