摘要
将转谷氨酰胺酶TGase用于催化羊毛蛋白谷酰胺残基的γ-酰胺基与壳聚糖、磷酸乙醇胺中的伯氨基之间的酰基-转移反应,对羊毛进行酶催化功能整理。结果表明,TGase酶的催化增加了壳聚糖和磷酸乙醇胺在羊毛上的吸附量;TGase酶与壳聚糖协同整理羊毛织物,进一步降低了羊毛织物的毡缩率,提高了织物的抗菌性;羊毛织物经TGase酶和磷酸乙醇胺联合改性,提高了羊毛的阻燃性能,酶促阻燃羊毛放热峰的峰值温度降低,放热峰面积减少,阻燃羊毛的裂解温度提高。
Transglutaminase(TGase) is applied to catalyze acyl transfer reaction between peptide-bound γ-glutamyl in wool pro- tein and a primary amine in chitosan and O-phosphorylethanolamine. The functional finishing catalyzed by TGase is applied to wool fabric. The results show that TGase catalysis increases the adsorption amount of chitosan and O-phosphorylethanolamine on wool. After finishing of wool fabric with TGase and chitosan, the felting shrinkage is reduced and antimicrobial performance is improved. Modification of wool fabric with TGase in combination with O-phosphorylethanolamine improves flame retardance of the treated wool. The result of DTA shows the temperature and area of exothermic peak decrease, the thermal degradation temperature of the wool increase.
