摘要
为适应经济全球化大趋势,建设开放型经济体系,解决矿产资源供给和现阶段我国经济发展的资源需求之间的矛盾,我国企业实施"走出去"发展战略,通过国际经济合作,开发利用境外矿产资源,尤其是境外金属矿产资源,其意义尤显重要。本文在探讨了一般的海外投资理论和经验模型后,通过AHP对全球9个矿山资源典型国家进行了综合评价分析,得出的结论可供我国企业海外投资矿山资源目的国参考。
China＇ s enterprises implement the ＂going out＂ development strategy to adapt the trend of economic globalization, build an open economic system and to solve the imbalance between supply and demand. Development of the overseas mineral resources, especially the overseas metal mineral resources through international economic cooperation is thus of significant importance. This paper discusses the general overseas investment theory and empirical models, and makes a comprehensive analysis of the nine typical mine - resource countries to provide a reference for overseas mine investment of Chinese enterprises.
