摘要
本文在基态修正模型的基础上提出了公共房产管理时空数据库建设的理论,简要地介绍了朝鲜(朝鲜民主主义人民共和国)公共房产管理情况,分析了公共房产管理所需时空数据的特性,并且为尽量减少数据冗余、最大限度地发挥管理系统的效率,在空间和属性数据结构中定义了时间字段;然后数据被分为不可变数据和频繁变更数据。基于这一理论,为公共房产管理设计了完整的时空数据库模型,构建了某些地区的数据库。
In this paper, it proposed the theory on the temporal-spatial database construction for public building real estate management on the basis of Base State with Amendments. Firstly, it briefly introduced the situation of public building real estate management in D. P. R. Korea. Next, it analyzed the properties of temporal-spatial data for public building real estate management, and for minimizing data redundancy and maximizing the efficiency of management system, defined the time fields in the spatial and attribute data structure. Then the data were divided into not changeable and more frequently changeable data. It also designed the whole temporal- spatial database model for public building real estate management on the basis of this theory, and constructed database of "A" region.
