撑杆跳高“自由起跳”技术评价的运动学参数分析 被引量:1

摘要 通过论述评价撑杆跳高"自由起跳"技术的指标,从而使得撑杆跳高"自由起跳"技术的评价,有一个统一的指标评价体系,为客观评价优秀撑杆跳高运动员起跳技术提供统一的指标,为更多研究撑杆跳高技术的学者提供统一的评价和交流平台。撑杆跳高"自由起跳"技术,是运动员在起跳过程中,有一个短暂脱离撑杆约束的运动瞬间,技术动作要求运动员的踏跳点严格地控制在静态插穴时,上手握点的投影上。由此论述产生几项评价指标,如最后两步助跑至起跳完成这一过程的速度情况、起跳角度、上握手的投影点距起跳点距离、起跳及插穴时间、起跳时杆弦角以及起跳时杆弦的缩短量等。 Through discussing the technique evaluation of pole vault of free take -off, thus making the pole vault free take -off technique evaluation have a unified evaluation system, this paperprovides a uniform index for objecfive evaluation of the excellent polevaulter take - off technique, providing unified evaluation and scholars' communication platform for more research pole vault technique. The technique of pole vault free take - off is that having a short sports instant break away from pole constraints in the process of athletes' take - off. The technique of action requires athletes the strictly control of jumping point to the projection of a point in static box point. The article also discusses and produces a few indexes, such as the speed of the last two step approach to completing the process of take - off, take - of angle, the distance of the projection points of shake hands to takeoff point, the time of takeoff and box, the angle of pole string and the pole string shorten quantity in the takeoff of athlete, and so on.
