关中-天水经济区背景下天水体育旅游SWOT分析及策略选择

A SWOT Analysis of Tianshui Sports Tourism in Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone and the Strategy Selection of its Development

运用SWOT分析方法,对天水体育旅游的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战进行了分析,认为其优势主要集中在自然和人文资源优势、区位优势和政策优势,发展的劣势主要集中在天水经济水平偏低、体育旅游产业规划滞后,没有形成旅游品牌、亮点和规模以及体育旅游专业人才匮乏3方面,其发展的机遇为:1)后奥运时代带来的机遇;2)关-天经济发展区域的带动;3)麦积山风景区评为国家5A级旅游景点带来的契机。发展的威胁主要集中在如何构建绿色体育旅游、生态体育旅游的焦点上,在此基础上提出相应发展对策,以期为相关决策部门提供参考。

This paper uses a SWOT analysis in the sports tourism in Tianshui. This paper regards that the strengths lie in the natural and human resources, location advantages, and policy advantages, while the weaknesses of development are mainly in three aspects and they are the low level of Tianshui economics, lag in sports tourism industry planning, lack of tourism brand, highlights and scale as well as sports tourism professionals. The opportunities of development are ： opportunities brought by the Post - Olympic era, Guanzhong - Tianshni regional economics, and Maijishan scenic sight＇ s award for state 5A - class tourist attraction. The threats of development mainly focus on how to build green sports tourism and ecological sports tourism. Based on this analysis, the suggestions will be the further reference to the decisionmaking of relevant organizations.
