Under the background of fully construction of two type societies in Hunan province, this paper makes deeply analysis on gymnastics reserve personnel training condition in Hunan province, further improve the gymnastics reserve personnel training mechanism, create the new pole of two type society, and guarantee the sustainable development of competitive gymnastics in Hunan.
