本文通过查阅相关文献,阐述了肌酸激酶,分析了血清肌酸激酶与运动训练的关系,如何利用血清肌酸激酶对游泳运动进行监控以及在利用血清肌酸激酶监控时需要考虑的影响因素。
Through using the method of literature review, this paper explains the serum ereafine kinase, analyzes the relationship between serum creatine kinase and sports training, howto use the serum ereatine kinase to monitor swimming training and factors need to be considered.
