农民新村建设是助推新农村建设的战略举措。当前加强农民新村建设,必须结合地方实际,统一规划,合理布局,因地制宜,分类实施,重视村民交往空间建设,着力提高村民环保意识,加大宣传力度,完善农民入住新村相关办法,大力培养新村管理的中坚力量。

Famers＇ new village construction is one of the strategies to promote new rural areas＇ construction. At present, the construction of famers＇ new villages has to combine with local condition, unified planning, rational layout, the implementation of classification. It requires putting emphasis on famers＇ communication space, enhancing famers＇ environment awareness, strengthening activities of publicity, improving the related regulations of famers＇ living into the new villages, cultivating talents for managements of new villages.
