安非他酮合用奥氮平与安非他酮单用治疗抑郁症的疗效比较

The Efficacy of Bupropion Combination of Olanzapine and Bupropion Alone in the Treatment of Depression

目的探讨安非他酮合用奥氮平治疗抑郁症的疗效。方法将69例抑郁症患者随机分成研究组(安非他酮合用奥氮平)和对照组(安非他酮)治疗;于治疗前及治疗后1、2、6周末,以汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)观察疗效,以副反应量表(TESS)观察副作用。结果两组间HAMD第1、2、6周末减分率比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。TESS各周差异均不明显。结论安非他酮合用奥氮平治疗抑郁症的疗效优于单用安非他酮,且耐受性好。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of bupropion combination of olanzapine in the treatment of depression.Methods A total of 69 cases of depression were randomly divided into study group（bupropion combined olanzapine）and the control group（bupropion）;Before treatment and after treatment with 1,2,6 weekend,using Hamilton Depression scale（HAMD）to assess efficacy,and TESS to observe side effects.Results Between the two groups HAMD first weekend reduced rate of 2,6 were statistically significant differences（P0.01）.No significant differences were found in TESS.Conclusion Bupropion combination of olanzapine in the treatment of depression is more effective than bupropion alone,and well tolerated.
