摘要
目的:为完善《国家基本药物目录》提供参考。方法:通过文献研究和比较研究的方法,对2004年版和2009年版《国家基本药物目录》进行分析,进而为2012年版《国家基本药物目录》的制定提出建议。结果与结论:同2004年版目录相比,2009年版目录中关于基本药物的概念、遴选原则、程序、调整频率以及所收载药物的数量和类别都更加科学、合理。2012年版目录可在此基础上,适当增加药物类别和数量,加强循证医学和药物经济学等方法评价,并增加遴选过程的公开性、透明性。
Objective： To give reference for the Implementation of ＂national essential medicine lists＂ （EMLs）. Methods： Literature method and comparative study were used to analyze the 2004 and 2009 EMLs, then gives recommendations for the formulation of the 2012 EMLs. Results ＆Conclusion： Compared with the 2004 EMLs, the conception, the principle of selection, the program, the frequency of adjustment, the quantities and types of the 2009 EMLs are more scientific and rational. On this basis, the quantities and types of the 2012 EMLs should be increased appropriately,the evidence-based medicine and Pharmacoeconomics methods should be used extensively At the same time, it should be increase the openness, transparency of the selection process.
