敏鼻清滴鼻液治疗过敏性鼻炎的主要药效学研究

摘要 目的:考察敏鼻清滴鼻液治疗过敏性鼻炎的主要药效学作用。方法:观察敏鼻清滴鼻液对豚鼠过敏性鼻炎模型的治疗和预防作用,对大鼠过敏性鼻炎模型的预防作用。结果:敏鼻清滴鼻液能有效对抗豚鼠过敏性鼻炎模型所产生的鼻痒、喷嚏、流涕的症状,降低血中嗜酸粒细胞和IgE抗体含量,抑制鼻黏膜和鼻分泌物中嗜酸粒细胞(EOS)浸润和鼻黏膜肥大细胞(MC)浸润,明显改善大鼠过敏性鼻炎血中嗜酸性粒细胞和IgE抗体含量的增加。结论:敏鼻清滴鼻液具有抗过敏作用,其机制与抑制嗜酸粒细胞(EOS)浸润和鼻黏膜肥大细胞(MC)浸润有关。 Objective: The major pharmacodynamical research on allerergic rhinitis caused by the active locus from Min Bi Qing Nose Drop was studied. Methods: The preventive and therapeutical effects on the cavia cobaya allergic rhinitis model and the preventive effects on the rat allergic rhinitis model were observed. Results : Min Bi Qing Nose Drop could antagonize the symptoms of the cavia co- baya allergic rhinitis model, such as rhinocnesmus, sneezing and nasal discharge, reduce the content of eosinophil and IgE antibody, and inhibit the infiltration of EOS and MC in nasal mucosa and nose secretion. It also could improve the allergic rhinitis. Conclusion: The effective fraction from Min Bi Qing Nose Drop have the anti-anaphylaxis action, its mechanism can be explained by inhibiting the infiltra- tion of EOS and MC.
