35 Cases Literature Analysis of Adverse Drug Reaction by Ambroxol Hydrochloride

目的:通过对35例盐酸氨溴索制剂致不良反应的文献进行分析,探讨其引起不良反应的规律和原因,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:以"盐酸氨溴索"、"不良反应"等关键词对2007～2012年中国期刊全文数据库文献进行检索,对其中涉及盐酸氨溴索制剂致不良反应的24篇文献中报道的35例病例报告进行统计与分析。结果与结论:盐酸氨溴索制剂致不良反应与剂量有关,儿童用药超剂量是导致不良反应发生的主要因素。其不良反应表现呈现速发型和迟发型的特点,临床应用应加强监测,密切防范不良反应的发生。

Objective： Explore the clinical characteristics and regularity of ADR by ambroxol hydrochloride, provide basis for clinical rational drug use. Methods： With ＂ambroxol hydroehloride＂ ,＂ adverse drug reaction＂ as keywords retrieval in 2007 to 2012 China jour- nal full-text database literature retrieval, altogether retrieve to 24 articles of ADR by ambroxol hydrochloride, involves 35 patients were Statistically analyzed. Results ＆ Conclusion： Ambroxol hydrochloride induced ADR relevant with dose. The high dose of pediatric drugs is the main factor lead to adverse reactions. The adverse reaction appeared in fast-type and delayed-type two characteristic, and clinical application should be monitored closely, prevent the occurrence of adverse reactions.
