从药品不良反应/事件报告看加替沙星的不合理使用

Study on Unreasonable Application of Gatifloxacin from ADR/ADE Reports

目的:通过分析加替沙星不良反应/事件报告,以期为临床合理用药提供理论依据,减少药品不良反应/事件和药源性疾病的发生。方法:对我院2007～2010年上报的加替沙星相关不良反应/事件进行分析并判定其用药合理性。结果:加替沙星的不良反应/事件发生比例较高,尤其是60以上的老年患者。其中,101例为适应证不符用药,16例为配伍禁忌用药,1例为剂量不当,2例为禁忌证用药。结论:临床使用加替沙星时应严格掌握其用药适应证和用药剂量,注意配伍禁忌和禁忌证,以提高临床疾病治愈率,减少不良反应/事件的发生。

Objective ：To provide a theoretical reference for the clinical application of Gatifloxacin, which in order to analyze adverse drug reaction/event（ADR/ADE） and drug-induced disease by the correlative of Gatifloxacin. Methods： ADR/ADE induced by Gatiflox- acin collected were analyzed according to the related guidelines and documents in our hospital from 2007 -2010. Results： ADR/ADE of Gatifloxacin occured in rather high proportion, especially in patients over the age of 60 years. The complicated outcomes showed 101 pa- tients with unreasonable drug application with the indication, 16 patients with incompatibility of drug, 1 patient with of improper dosages and 2 patient with prohibitive compatibility of drug. Conclusion： Gatifloxacin should be strictly adhibition according to indication and proper dosage; with special attention for prohibitive compatibility and contraindications in order to promote clinical curative efficacy and reduce adverse reaction/event.
