摘要
目前城市集中供热已成为我国北方地区冬季供热的一种主要形式,其热能耗费巨大。在供热系统运行过程中,如何通过对供热系统的控制,使供热系统在保证优质供热的同时也能节约能源成为有待解决的重大问题。由于供热过程非线性、时变、时滞、不确定等特性,小区供热普遍达不到控制要求。针对这一现状,本文通过滑膜控制与预测控制算法相结合的方法,不但解决了预测控制中难保稳定性这一问题,而且减少了单纯的滑膜控制所造成的控制器的抖振问题。通过仿真,证明了该方法对供热系统的控制能够较好地满足应用需求,并且具有良好的跟踪性能和鲁棒性。
Urban central heating has become a major form of winter heating in northern China,which generates vast amount of heat.In the heating system operation process,how to ensure quality heating while saving energy through the heating system control has become the major issue to be resolved.Due to the nonlinear heating process,characteristics of time-varying,delay and uncertain,district heating commonly can not reach the control requirements.With respect to this current situation,through the combination of synovial control and predictive control algorithm,this article not only solves the problem of predictive control for stability,and also reduces the simple synovial control caused by the controller chattering problem.The simulation shows that the method of heating system control can better meet the application requirements,and has good tracking performance and robustness.
