同型半胱氨酸水平与进展性脑卒中的相关性临床研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的通过对进展性脑卒中患者进行同型半胱氨酸水平(homocysteine,Hcy)的探讨和分析,了解进展性脑卒中和同型半胱氨酸水平之间的相互关系。方法对我院所收治的、确诊为进展性脑卒中的35例患者作为观察组,同期非进展性脑卒中患者35例作为对照组,通过采用使用全自动生化分析仪,对患者空腹血糖(FBS)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)以及纤维蛋白原(FIB)进行测定,血清Hcy使用荧光偏振免疫法(FPIA)测定。结果观察组和对照组FBS、TC、TG、FIB比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组血浆Hcy明显高于对照组,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论高同型半胱氨酸血症是脑卒中的危险因素,血清Hcy水平变化可作为进展性脑卒中的疗效观察及其预后的判断提依据。 Objective To explore and analyze homocysteine level in progressive stroke patients,thus to understand the correlation between homocysteine level and progressive stroke.Methods 35 cases of progressive stroke admitted in the our hospital were assigned into the observation group and 35 cases of non-progressive stroke admitted during the same period were assigned into the control group.Fasting blood sugar(FBS),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC) and fibrinogen(FIB) of the patients were measured by automatic biochemical analyzer and serum Hcy were determined by fluorescence polarization immunoassay(FPIA).Results The differences of FBS,TC,TG and FIB of the observation group and control group were not significantly different(P 〈0.05).And plasma Hcy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P 〈0.01).Conclusion High hyper-homocysteinemia is the risk factor of stroke,and the changes in serum Hcy levels may provide evidence for the efficacy observation and prognosis of progressive stroke.
