颈动脉狭窄支架置入术患者生活习惯与术后并发症相关性分析及护理对策

Correlation between living habits and postoperative complications of patients after carotid artery atenosis atent implantation and its nursing strate

目的针对患者术后并发症与生活习惯的相关性进行分析,并对并发症提出相应的护理措施。方法对60患者的生活习惯进行分类,分析每种不同生活习惯患者的并发症发生率,采用多因素Logistic回归分析不同生活方式与患者发生并发症的关系,同时针对不同的并发症提出相应的护理对策。结果吸烟≥10根/d、每日饮酒以及运动时间<3 h/周者并发症发生率显著高于吸烟<10根/d、不饮酒或极少饮酒以及运动时间>3 h/周的患者(P<0.05);每日均摄入肥肉和以动物油为主的患者并发症发生率显著高于非每日摄入肥肉和以植物油为主的患者(P<0.05)。吸烟、饮酒、每日摄入肥肉和摄入动物油是并发症发生的危险因素,而摄入水果以及每日运动则是并发症发生的保护因素。结论戒烟、戒酒、低脂饮食并配合适当的运动是可减少颈动脉狭窄支架置入术术后并发症发生率的健康生活方式。

Objective To investigate the correlation between postoperative complications and living habits,in order to come up with care measures against complications.Methods The living habits of 60 patients were classified and the incidence of complications among each life style were analyzed.The data were analyzed with multivariate Logistic regression to explore the correlation between life styles and complications.The appropriate cares against different complications were also put forward.Results Incidence of complications was significantly higher in patients with smoking ≥ 10 cigarettes/d,daily alcohol consumption and exercise time 3 h/week than those with smoking 10 cigarettes/d,none or minimal alcohol consumption and exercise time 3 h/week（P 〈0.05）.Incidence of complications was also significantly higher in patients with daily intake of fat and animal oil-based diet than those without daily intake of fat and had plant oil-based diet（P 〈0.05）.Smoking,drinking,daily intake of fat and animal oil-based diet were risk factors for the incidence of complications,while intake of fruits as well as daily exercise were protective factors for the incidence of complications.Conclusion Abstaining from tobacco and alcohol,low-fat diet and appropriate exercise are healthy life styles that can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in patients after carotid artery stenosis stent implantation.
