摘要 皮质下缺血性脑血管病是血管性认知功能障碍中最常见的亚型之一。文章就其发病机制、神经心理学表现、影像学改变及生物学标记物等方面的研究进展进行了综述。 Subcortical ischemic vascular disease (SIVD) is one of the most common subtypes in vascular cognitive impairment. This article reviews the research progress in the aspects of its pathogenesis, neuropsychological performance, hinging changes, and biological markers of SIVD.
