止咳散加减治疗急性气管炎的临床研究

Clinical research of modified Zhike Powder in the treatment of acute tracheitis

目的分析探讨止咳散加减诊治急性气管炎的效果,研究其临床价值。方法结合我院2010年12月～2011年11月急性气管炎68例的资料,采用整体抽样法随机分为治疗组以及对照组。治疗组36例患者采用止咳散加减进行治疗,对照组32例患者采用美可糖浆治疗。比较两组临床疗效及症状积分情况。结果治疗组36例通过止咳散加减治疗的1个月内,治愈19例,显效15例,进步2例,无效0例。对照组32例在美可糖浆治疗的1个月内,治愈9例,显效11例,进步3例,无效9例。两组临床效果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗组患者治疗后其症状积分为(2.63±2.16)分,明显低于对照组[(4.58±2.59)分](P<0.01)。结论止咳散加减疗法在治疗急性气管炎方面具有明显的疗效,值得在临床治疗中推广。

Objective To analyze and investigate the effects of modified Zhike Powder in the treatment of acute tracheitis,and to study its clinical value.Methods Combining the clinical data of 68 cases with acute tracheitis from December 2010 to November 2011 in our hospital,the patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group by the whole sampling method.36 patients of the treatment group were given the treatment of modified Zhike Powder,32 patients of control group were given the treatment of Meike Syrup.The clinical effects and symptom scores of the two groups were compared.Results In the process of 36 cases of the treatment group treated by modified Zhike Powder within one month,there were 19 cases of recovery,15 cases of excellent,2 cases of progress,0 case of invalid.In the process of 32 cases of the control group treated by Meike Syrup,there were 9 cases of recovery,11 cases of excellent,3 cases of progress and 9 cases of invalid.There were significant differences of the clinical effects of the two groups（P 0.05 or P 0.01）.After treatment,the symptom scores of the treatment group were（2.63±2.16） points,which were significantly lower than the control group [（4.58±2.59） points]（P 0.01）.Conclusion The modified Zhike Powder in the treatment of acute tracheitis has a significant effect,which is worthy of promotion in clinical treatment.
