截肢患者的心理问题分析与护理研究

Study of psychological problems and nursing of patients undergoing amputation

目的研究分析截肢患者存在的心理问题,探讨截肢患者的心理护理。方法对我院32例截肢患者存在的心理问题进行了分析,并有针对性地进行心理护理。结果患者住院期间均能积极配合治疗与护理,无一例因心理严重问题而出现消极抵抗或意外。结论截肢患者既要承受手术的痛苦,又要面对残疾的心理压力,应积极做好心理护理,防止患者因严重心理障碍对病情治疗、护理及康复产生影响,促进患者早日康复。

Objective To analyze the psychological problems and psychological nursing of patients undergoing amputation.Methods Psychological problems of 32 patients undergoing amputation were analyzed and specific psychological nursing was carried out.Results All the patients were able to cooperate actively for treatment and nursing and there was no passive resistance or accident due to serious psychological problems.Conclusion Patients undergoing amputation suffer from both surgical pain and disability-induced psychological stress.Psychological nursing should be carried out actively in order to avoid negative influence on treatment,nursing and rehabilitation due to severe psychological barriers and promote early rehabilitation of patients.
