摘要
目的探讨恶性滋养细胞肿瘤的治疗方法及效果。方法回顾性分析34例恶性滋养细胞肿瘤的临床资料。结果 34例患者均以规范化疗为主,其中8例加手术治疗。所有患者均达到满意的治疗效果。结论恶性滋养细胞肿瘤的治疗应以化疗为主,必要时应辅以手术治疗,可以获得较好的疗效。
Objective To investigate the treatment methods and efect of malignant gestational trophoblastic tumor.Methods The data of 34 patients with malignant gestational trophoblastic tumor were analyzed retrospectively.Results All of 34 patients were given canonical and sufficient chemotherapy chiefly and 8 patients were given surgery in addition.34 patients all achieved satisfying effects.Conclusion Chemotherapy is the main method for the malignant gestational trophoblastic tumor,and patients can gain a satisfying effect with the surgery when it is needed.
