弹性钛髓内钉固定治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折肘内翻畸形矫治中的应用研究

Application research of titanium elastic intramedullary nail fixation on the children with supracondylar fracture of cubitus varus deformity correction

目的分析弹性钛髓内钉固定术用于儿童肱骨髁上骨折肘内翻畸形治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院2011年2月~2011年11月收治的21例肱骨髁上及肱骨干下段骨折患儿作为研究对象,采用我院自制的钩钉进行内固定治疗,对患儿的临床资料进行分析总结。结果 21例患儿均获3～6个月随访,所有患儿均骨性愈合。结论钩钉内固定用于儿童肱骨髁上及肱骨干下段骨折治疗,具有疗效确切、实施方便、操作简单、经济的优势,值得临床做更进一步的研究积累更多的经验,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of titanium elastic intramedullary nail fixation for the treatment of supracondylar fracture of cubitus varus deformity correction.Methods 21 children with condyle of humerus and distal shaft fractures treated with internal fixation by homemade hook nail in our hospital from February 2011 to November 2011 were selected as the research objects.The clinical data of the children were analyzed.Results 21 cases were all followed up for 3-6 months and all patients were all healed.Conclusion Hook nail internal fixation to treat children with humeral supracondylar and distal shaft fractures has the advantages of curative effect,easy implement,simple operation and affordable,which is worthy of further study for accumulating more experience and has clinical value of popularization.
